I also will be going to a 15 inch tire, a little wider tread pattern, should get me half inch more of clearance as well. So this mod also clears up any issue with clearance.

you do have a valve which you can open or close to the fresh water tank, it may be hiding behind a hose near the floor, top right of the pump in the corner.
