Anybody know how to adjust the stop can on the slide out? How do I find out who is the manufacture?

Slide
Hi All,
I have a 2010 25 RKS I just got back from Port A, TX and bedding the trailer down here at home. I went to extend the slide and all I get is a clicking sound. Any ideas?

Porch Light Wireing
I have a 2010 25RKS. The black and white wires that the porch light is wired to, is the black wire + and white wire - or are the wires white + black -. Please Help.
