The 19H will be more stabil with the second axle. The extra 2 feet is nice too. Had the 19H before moving up to our current trailer. Your current tow vehicle should handle it nicely.

Trailer is set up level on the weight...
Trailer is set up level on the weight distribution hitch and tows level. My trailer is loaded so the weight bias is toward the front and we don't carry much more than we need. Probably about 3-400...
