I have this same problem with my 2011 X17Z Feather Ultralite. In and around the bathroom and entrance. I'm not one to pull off a do it yourself job, so I'll contact the manufacturer.

Patched hot water tank (re-insulate)
Hi ... did a bad thing. After 7 years, forgot to empty the hot water tank. Now there is a beautiful smile across the length of it (9" rip). Got it welded for $150; optional was a new one for $800....

I ended up buying Carlisle 8Ply LRD 185/80D13...
I ended up buying Carlisle 8Ply LRD 185/80D13 replacement tires. MAx capacity is 1710 lbs, so I should be good for now.
On another note ... I heard a lot about Maxxis tires and how good they are...
