Mine broke off as well so I used two 8/32 nuts and bolts. This allowed me to make the pins longer therefore it was not so flimsy and less chance of the door "jumping" off the pins

Call Jayco customer service . If it is a defect in the roof material it should be covered. If it is a tear due to a branch your insurance should cover it.

It is illegal to fuel a vehicle at any gas station anywhere in the world with an open flame of any kind. Propane fridge and heaters as well as pilot lights in the oven can be extremely dangerous .....
