In Canada we do not have lemon laws and the consumer protection agency can only arbirtrate the case. The dealer i take my unit to sells more Jaycos than anyone else...

that's what i told them seeing how they had to...

that's what i told them seeing how they had to cut the floor apart to fix the buckle in it. guess i will keep fighting with them. Problem is, they are the only Jayco dealer in the area.
