I had that problem on my 99 Jayco Designer. I had to have a bolt replaced on spring shackle. The unit was out of alignment due to that. We then replaced the tires.

We have been camping for years. We started in a tent , then a popup, then a Jayco Tt, and now a Jayco Designer 5th wheel. We just returned from our 14th Christmas camping at Key West Fl .
