We have a 1999 31 foot Designer...no issues with chassis. As for counterspace, we put a cutting board on the stove cover and chop away. Do most of our cooking outside...

Just wanted to say thanks for the suggestions and...

Just wanted to say thanks for the suggestions and post an update. Replaced the Power Cable and Transfer switch (arcing inside switch...thank goodness it didn't catch fire). All is well now.

We use the Weber Kettle...indirect cooking...

We use the Weber Kettle...indirect cooking method. Add 4 or 5 briquets each hour, use hickory chunks to smoke to taste. Normally takes 11 - 13 minute per pound.

Weird Electrical Issue

I have a 31' 1999 Class C Designer. The last couple of times out, I have had this problem. While plugged into 30 amp shore power, when I turn on the electric water heater switch, the frig switches...
