I have a 2013 Jayco series sport 8. Does any one know the correct "wheel torque" and "tire pressure" for this?.... Thanks in advance!!

Does anyone no if the optional heated bed mats can be added to a 2013 jayco sport 8 after the fact. Ours didn't come with the option but after camping this weekend, I would definitely like to add it....
