2013 jayco shwinteck problem

When I went to bring my closet slide in i hit in button and one side started in and the other side went out. Its like one motor is reversed at the switch. Anyone ever have this problem. Thanks

When I attempted to bring in my closet Schwinn tech slide one motor ran in and one motor went out it’s like it got reversed has anyone ever had experienced this problem
