Huh, ok. We didnt see any leaks in the weeks leading up to the snow. Our grey andblack tank empty fine. Now i'm really not sure. Thanks for the help!

I can still hear the pump running, its just not...

I can still hear the pump running, its just not picking up any water....now we need to figure out if we have tank heater switch that we need to turn on.

We have an eagle 31.5 fbhs with the glacier package, (heated and insullated tanks) but it seems that our water pump might have froze..... shouldnt that be insullated too? Any advice qould be...

How do I dump my grey 1 tank?

We just bought an 31.5 Eagle FBHS and can't figure out how to dump the "grey 1" tank. Where the black tank handle is, we dumped that grey handle but it only dumped the "grey 2" tank.... Help?!?
