Is my TV enough to handle TT?
I think she's probably fine on weights, although she should check a scale ASAP, but it sounds like the WDH is set up completely wrong.
She does have a WDH, right?

We towed a 26BH with a 2011 Durango (5.7) until upgrading to a class c last month. It was a great combination, I wouldn't hesitate to make the jump. Our loaded trailer was around 6200lbs typically. ...

Had them with our TT- absolutely loved them....
Had them with our TT- absolutely loved them. Never had them slip on me, but on really unlevel sites I had to add shims to get enough lift. Trained my 10 year old to spot by checking a 4ft level...

What Did You Do To Your Jayco TODAY?
Emptied our 264bh out ahead of the coming blizzard- taking it for a last tow on Tuesday to trade it in for a class c. Bittersweet, lots of great memories in this trailer!

As others have said, you have more than enough...
As others have said, you have more than enough truck. If sway has you concerned, I'd suggest you at least take a look at the Hensley or ProPride hitches. Pricey, but there's nothing else like them.

I did the same when we bought our trailer last...
I did the same when we bought our trailer last year, about 3 hours from home. As part of the deal the dealer agreed to instal the 3P for free when I came to pick it up. It probably took them an hour...
