That said, I wouldn't worry about stains that won't scrub off once you've gone over the whole roof well. I primarily wash my roof to prevent the black streaks from forming down the sides of my TT.

Yes, it should have one. Mine has a short chain you pull to release the arm. It's hard to see. It hangs down near the bottom of the TV toward the right side.
