Tanks for all the Help. Rv will go to the shop next week for the oven to be replaced and will have them check out the water heater.

Yes we do have the regulator I also searched on Google and it seems this system is very sensitive. It's a Balmy 51 degrees outside so we may have to forgo the showers this morning .

Yup tried that control knob also. Re purged all the lines again started and restarted the unit . Looks like cold showers this morning .

Looked in the manual but can't find the bypass you mentioned. Any idea where it might be located. Yes this is a brand new unit, and water heater is a Girard model GSWH-1M
