water tank fill is on side of trailer, not under. Water fills usually have a screw on cap that is a little larger than a water hose...

removed valve and stuck a piece of insulated wire into the hose and agitated it a few times. Presto.....water came a flowing!! I'm going to install a new plastic valve and all should be good.
