Hot water stinks

We are in a seismic toy hauler with two bathrooms.
The hot water in both bathroom sinks stink horrible. The wierd thing is the hot water in the shower and kitchen does not.
Any suggestions of...

We were there off season. I cannot imagine parking when the park is full.

If you will be in your camper more than a week at a time go for the bigger one. We leave in the winter and spend a couple months traveling. Nice to spread out.
