Jayco folding chair collapse seriously injures camper

Faulty folding chair in 2019 rsts28.5

I put my knee on the chair to close the blind at dinette. Chair collapsed. I got bruised. Called Jayco and the dealer. Jayco sent new cushions but not frame. Fabric did not match.

We are EOD family. Congratulations on peed g retirement! How many years? Just consider the weight and CCC. Ends in choices. Lots of plus for the upgrade. Anything out there in between?

We have had a few issues with the flooring, a broken window and propane door. All fixed under warranty. Ours is a 285 RSTS 2018. Warranty work took 5 weeks. ugh! Pulling with 2019 NissanTitan dX .
