Thanks Redhorse. Dealer had mentioned that option as well as replacing the current sofa (which I agree is not the most comfortable to sit on) with a tri-fold sofa bed. The trailer is a 2013 not sure...

Had the same problem. When I finally got it open...

Had the same problem. When I finally got it open I put dielectric grease in the grooves which seems to have helped. Usually keep it closed unless I am using the stove.
