Do I need to put the fuse back in place to get electrical working with battery power only? As you can tell, this is all new for me :)

No Lights Working Inside/Outside

Brought home a new 2015 Jayco X20E Ultralite yesterday evening and none of the lights work inside or outside. Had a second battery installed. What could be happening to have not electrical?
