Product misrepresentation

There is more Jayco product information available indicating heated floors for this unit than there is indicating the omission. This is my fourth Jayco TT in ten years, I know the product.

Bought fourth Jayco TT, a 2017 23RB. Optioned as Elite Package. All literature indicated this unit has "Thermal Package". "Thermal Package" sticker on unit. Under belly covered, but no heated floors...
