Changing to LED on the inside

Yes we checked the fuses they're good. This light is hard wired above the sink with no access to the wires other then where they connect to the fixture. Does anyone know where these wires hook into?...

It's hard wired will that make a difference? Also is there any access to this area without taking the bottom off the cabinet?

We have a 2011 jayco pinnacle 34rlts. We are switching all the lights to LED. The light above the sink bulbs blew so we bought new bulbs. Put them in and nothing. We took down the light fixture above...
