Looking at buying a used 08...found some black marks in corners behind sofa on plywood..plywood solid as are walls..no water marks anywhere else..as well roof membrane seemed to have some play in it...

Hi, looking hard at an 09 BHS which seems like a good deal...went over it with a fine tooth comb yesterday. Other than the floor which had 2 cracks in in and were re glued down I found no issues...
