Update: So the brake controller update...

Update:

So the brake controller update seemed to make a big difference. Wont lock up the wheels, but I think like other's have said these new controllers are pretty advanced and the way they apply...

I have a buddy's truck i'm hoping to hook up to this week. Just strange that the dealer hooked my truck up to their car trailer (14000 lbs) and was able to lock up the trailer brakes on that trailer....

I did try that, and seemed to work fine for a bit and then trouble following. I did replace the pump and that seems to have fixed things, so we shall see.

So dealer called back and said when they tested they hooked up to a 14,000lb car trailer and the brake controller locked up the brakes just fine. So awesome.....
