You prolly got the hi temp circuit board wet. Open the bottom cover and try to dry it. You will se it exposed and it is a magnet for car wash and truck wash water. I’m guessing it’s a Norcold.

Probably Jayco doesn’t know. I’ve found on my 2016 it could be wired to anything. My hot water heater was wired to the fuse “large slide overhead lights”!just look for the blown fuse in the panel.
