Dexter axles, self adjusting brakes?

I have a 2015 Jayflight 26RKS. I would like to know how to tell if the Dexter axles have self adjusting brakes. If anyone can help me out I would appreciate it. Thanks.

On our u shaped dinette it had two legs one toward each bench that face eachother and tbey added one in the middle and toward the center bench forming a triangle. It took 90% of the wobble away.
