I am connected to shore power. I did contact Jayco and they told me to bring it in to have it replaced under warranty. I'm thinking this might be an issue they have had with others.

I looked and it says it is a wfco 8955. I looked it up on-line and it says it is a three stage charger so I should be good leaving the trailer plugged in all the time.
