I love my 2018 Ram 2500 with rear coils, my pin weight is 1900 loaded, and only squats 1", but I would not want a fifth wheel that weighed over 12k max.
I think you will be happier with a 1 ton SRW...

I would think the door sticker states 65psi rear, (recommended), and does not say max, but the tire has 80 psi max stamped on it, unless it has load range D tires.

It will work, but will not look as good as a new caulk joint with non sag. Be sure to remove all old caulk, clean with acetone, and cut a small tip on your tube of caulk.
