Fridge on LP

Every year I have fridge issues because Im backcountry I run fridge 100% on LP.

Any tips or tricks appreciated on getting fridge started? I know about cleaning the oraface/tube from spider webs....

Both valves were open under the seat, Im assumed the lower valve is the bypass because the upper valve appears to come out of the top of the heater?
