I have also had 2 windows where they came out of the track. The glides do break.
Jayco has sent me 2 new operators. They have stock numbers associated with the length of the arms.

Frameless window operator

Has anyone had any problems with the controller on frameless Windows? Seems like the part that attaches to the channel on the window is a plastic like washer or grommet riveted to the metal arms....

Just picked up my 4212 from Steves Rv in Lacombe, La. last week. It has Gen 3. Have not had any problems. I get the feeling its best to use blocks under jacks.
