Avg price for used 2012 jay feather x19h

Looking at buying used x19h 2012. Is in great condition. What would be fair offer? Includes wt distribution hitch, gas grill and fully stocked with hoses, cook ware etc.

From what I can tell I have seen MSRP around $22,000 on a couple sites. They just have there sell price listed at $21,095. Will see if they will come down $ 3,000-3500?

Trying to find out what other people have paid for this model. Was originally listed $21,095 but came down to $20,000. Is this a good price? Thats without tax etc.
