What is the difference in these?

So I'm looking at replacing our water heater and both of the following are a gc6aa-10e but they have a little different bottom piece by the looks of it. the second is 75$ cheaper than he 1st pixlc so...

When we turned the water on it came out of all the outlets(plus the leaking we discovered that we must have a cracked water heater too and are replacing that) when we shut off the water and the pump...

we purchased a new(used camper) 2012 jayflight 32tsbh and when got home to hook up and un winterize, the water heater was pouring water everywhere (should have tried it there, ya....we know. learned...
