Total payload
I would say you are over the payload max. of your truck. My 2017 27.5 RLTS loaded has a pin weight of 1800 lbs and a total payload of 2400 lbs. My 2016 chev. 2500 has a yellow sticker over 2700 lbs.

Our 2017 27.5rls came with the Maxxis tires. Just came back from a 6K trip and had a 10k trip last year. Ezz tire tpms no problems. Next set will be Maxxis

I have a 2017 Eagle HT 27.5RLTS also- my pin weight (1800 lbs.) + hitch + (2) adults gives me a total payload of 2400 lbs (Scaled). My 2015 F150 allowable payload (Yellow Sticker) was 1820 lbs....

We have the same truck DDBL cab- definitely go with the 16". Our 2017 27.5RLTS has 16" and we were still 1.5"high. Lowering the spring shackles brought us within .5"
