Have you checked all the GFI's foe those areas? Had the same problem with an earlier Jayco and that's what it was.

We bought a new 34FKDS and the new queen mattress that came with it was the same way. We bought a 4" memory foam topper and it made all the difference to us.

You should have gotten a short hose with fittings in otder to hook up your portable grill. I use mine quite a bit.

I have the remote your speaking of on my 2016 FKDS and find it handy. It runs out either slide, opens awning and turns on outside lights. I like it when I'm setting up.
