Nose cone split

Embark split at nose cone?
Just noticing what appears to be separation at the trim piece on our Embark. Any ideas on what causes this? We have only had the coach since January, the split was not visible when we bought it

Found it. In the battery compartment, easy to miss . Had a rubber cover over it, just above one of the hydraulic reservoirs.
