The breaker for the Utility Converter tripped. When I reset it, smoke came out of the panel. Do I need to replace the entire panel or is there just a converter part that I can replace?

How do I replace a tailight in a 2006 Jay Feather LGT 26s camper? It looks as if it's not just a bulb replacement but the complete light!?
