I’m looking for recommendations for a heat/cool programmable thermostat for our 2004 JayFlight 30.5 BHS. Any recommendations?

Looking for a bunk rail for the top bunk in our 2004 5th wheel. Our grandson will outgrow the bottom bunk blockage too soon!😊

We have a 2004 Jayflight 30.5 BHS with a bad leak that shows up in the rear utility compartment. Roof recoated, corner moldings caulked.

Any suggestions where to look/try next?
