Just an educated guess here. I would definitely pull the toilet and check for floor and wetness and mold. Toilets are the secret leaker in most cases.

I don’t believe you will have the clearance under the bed for 30lb bottles. It might be easier to just carry an additional 20 lb. bottle with you when you think you may need it.

Totally agree. Have never rotated TT tires. If you have uneven tire wear that would necessitate rotating you tires you should be looking at your axle.

Ron, the big difference here is that your pop up has a plywood bunk. Plywood breathes where the fold down beds on the hybrids have a composite door that transfer heat/cold but doesn’t breath.
