So I took the electric jack apart and the metal spindle broke. Very bizarre. I will phone the company I purchased from and see if part of it can be replaced.

I totally get it. Good for you. I have an 08 HD Ultra Classic and due to using our 2011 Jayco 19RD, I haven’t ridden much. I sure miss it as well.

Thank-you. At least I know when I repacked the wheel bearings I put a heck load of grease on the spindles, in the wheel hub, etc. So for now I’ll let it be. Next year I will check the grease fittings.

Love the diagram. So would it be safe to assume where the grease goes is very narrow and therefore that’s why grease seems to accumulate around the nipple and doesn’t appear to be going in?

I opened up each tap and antifreeze came through. Both shower heads and toilet as well. I have my valves like you mentioned. Opposite of the picture. Is that enough for winterizing?

That’s a nice trip. We moved here a year and a half ago from Vancouver BC. Quite an adjustment. Just bought the trailer in October 2017. Took it out 4 times over the summer.

I did everything you mentioned. It gets to -26C up here in Northern BC. I’m debating whether to use antifreeze or just go with lines being blown out. I’m new at this.
