definitely ground connections. drill out the broken screws. clean both sides of the frame. buy two new lugs. Kill the 12 volt power. bolt the lugs onto the cleaned frame.

you need to have the battery disconnect "IN USE" when not in storage. That will keep all 12 volt systems working.
