If you put about five gallons in your tank after every dump of your black tank you shouldn't have a problem. I do this along with using the black water flush every time I dump my black tank.

Keystone would have fixed it by now. It is not a very good warranty if you have to go to the manufacture yourself to get things fix. I had two airstreams and they covered appliance for two years.

You shouldn't use your heat pump when temps are in lower 40s and below the don't work. I have used them in both airstreams and our montana and got same results.

I loved the lippert system until it failed. Our montana was a 2019. The reason the system is different on the jayco is because the slides on the jayco are not hydraulic and the montana are.
