It was a bad gfi. Found a replacement at Home Depot. Also found a loose ground wire. Both repaired and I am back in business. Thanks for all the input, especially from Rusty Nuts.

Put the shade up a few hours ago. Tried to put it down tonight … no go. Fuse is good. Get a slight electrical contact noise when I push the switch but no action. Any suggestions?

You have to do a bit more trimming on the outside edges of the packing material than he shows in the video so the legs slip into the slots. Very creative!
