Wow! After 800 miles? I'm going to have to keep an eye on mine. I've got about 4000 miles on mine and the welds look alright so far, I will keep my fingers crossed.

I have one on my 5th Wheel and it works great. It seems to hold a lot of weight, and doesn't bounce around as much as a hitch mount bike rack. If I had to do it all over, I would buy it again. Good...
