Which one? There are 6 manuals loaded. All appear to be approved.

Also, walk me through step by step how you're getting to them. I'll see if I can figure out what's wrong.

lol. I'm not sure where that came from but your file IS there. It's just not where you think it is. Go to the Misc section (you can see there is 1 file). Then click manage files. There she is....
