Space is limited to get in there (at least on mine) and usually once you tighten it once it does not loosen much again... the first big loosen is from the compression of the gasket. I put over 5000...

It is more a vibrating loose as the gasket compresses with age... Did mine at the start of the season and now with over 5000 miles on it they are still snug. I think the jam nut would just make it...

Don't loc tite them.. it will make snugging them up in future very hard.. what happens is the foam gasket compresses and the bolts get loose.. then they can vibrate... just lightly tighten them.. and...

I am not sure about using loctite. much of the loosening can be from the gasket getting compressed loctite will just make it harder to tighten them down again....

Just talked to the dealer.. no torque settins but a 3/8" ratchet and a few turns past snug should do it.. he does not recommend loctite.

I just went out and checked mine.. ALL 4 WERE LOOSE. I will phone the dealer this am and see if there is a torque setting for these and if I should put loctite on the threads..
