I thought it was a dc power out let. but it isn't...

I thought it was a dc power out let. but it isn't the standard cigar lighter size. I haven't found anything to fit in it.

Jayco TV adapter???

Do you know what the round metal plug-in that is located below where one might put the TV is? If it is an adapter, does it convert dc to 110?

I don't mean to sound stupid but I bought my trailer...
