After thinking about it a bit, the bushings in that application are usually T shaped! If the cylinder portion is missing, that'll cause lots of grief.

Since it is the bottom of the fridge door, loosen the bottom hinge and slide it upwards and towards the opening.

You may want to consider slightly repositioning the other hinges as well.
