Do u even have a schwintec slide? Shimming of slides is way different on slide mechanisms.

It was at the factory once and they said they adjusted it and added the Teflon pads on bottom where rollers rub. They also replaced the bent outriggers but those failed and repairs were on me.

Anyone ever here of this? The repair shop said they installed the shim kit to fix my kitchen slide. Can find nothing on line about this shim kit. Had back of slide come out about six inches driving...
