We bought a 2017 30x and also had issue with auto levelers. Turned out to be loose fitting on one of the hoses. Once that was fixed, no more issues with that. Other smaller issues were fixed quickly...

Actually we love the rv and it's layout, just first time motor home owner and feeling overwhelmed with the learning curve. I'm sure we will love it in long run.
