I hear ya. I'm doing this "easy" one first. Got a bad ceiling/roof over the bathroom from a leaking skylight. The fun will begin when I fix that one....oh and I almost forgot about 12 inches on one...

Agreed. I used some flex seal tape to cover it for now. I definitely will be waiting until there is a dry spell before cracking her open!
