Thanks everyone. I have the Girard GSWH-2 tankless water heater. I don't think it has the secret switch. I looked and couldn't find one.
I will have to call Girard for help.

I have a 2017 Greyhawk with a Girard tankless and am having issues getting hot water. Is there really a Secret Reset Button?
